Table Squares and Centerpieces: Part Two

So now that you've seen the table squares I've slaved away on for 10+ hours, now I'll show you the rest of the centerpieces.

Remember way back when, when I said I did a lot of my wedding shopping in the basement of my work?  And a little more recently, the table numbers I put together?  Well now it's time to put it all together.

Our tables will be alternating half floral, and half candle.
In the first picture, the hurricane vase is taller and we will be having floral arrangements put into 15 of these.
In the second picture, the hurricane vase is shorter and pillar candles will be going into 15 of those.  The table numbers for these shorter vases will be shorter as well than in the picture.
For all of the table numbers, the small cylinders will be filled to the top with white salt to keep them upright.

I'm also planning on bringing some color into each place setting, but that has yet to be determined.

My boss brought in votives for me, and I was able to buy 216 candles for $30 including shipping.  She is lending the brand new votive cups to me for free.

  3. Really clever ideas!! I read earlier you wanted to add color to the salt in your table card vase. Have you tried using food coloring to dye rice? I was able to create beautiful turquoise and bright greens for our stands. Besides using the traditional food coloring there is the neon colors. At easter time it should be pretty east to find a color you like. Best wishes to you and your fiance.
